  38.    Registered users who have no Internet access may receive new updates
  39.    from the author at the moment by paying 15 DEM (25 DEM outside Western
  40.    Europe) or convertible currency equivalent each time, for postage,
  41.    packing, disks and expense, if there's already a new version out. If
  42.    you have Internet access, then updates may usually be obtained on
  43.    AmiNet (or the corresponding CDs).

  45.  O I also want to order the powerPC (TM) modules, which work as optional
  46.    plugins for existing SuperView-Library modules and offer special support
  47.    for powerUP (TM) dual processor cards from phase 5. These are not freely
  48.    distributable but do 'automagically' work together with the Freeware
  49.    version. I've added additional 30 DEM for this piece of software high tech,
  50.    which will speed up major parts of SuperView-Library significantly.

  106.  the program well, so that I am sure that the program will run without
  107.  significant problems on my computer system.
  108.  I do acknowledge, that the author of the program cannot be held
  109.  responsible for any kind of damages or other problems directly or
  110.  indirectly caused by the program (as also described within the
  111.  program's documentation I already did read).
